Common Questions
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Here are answers to a few common questions.
Who do you work with?
The practice supports both children and adults seeking help for a variety of issues. If you’re wondering if I could be helpful, please reach out so we can discuss this together.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a chance to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and begin identifying therapy goals in a supportive, low-pressure setting. During this initial period, I will determine if I can be of help.
Which age groups do you work with?
I work with school-aged children, 6 and up. I also specialize in work with teens and adults.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance. However, I am happy to speak with you and will attempt to provide a referral for someone who does.
How much will this cost?
The fee is $250 per 50-minute session. I take cash, card, or Zelle. There is no fee for our initial call.
